0:14.8	We don't know for sure who wrote this book or who they wrote it to.
0:18.0	There are a few credible theories like Paul or Luke or Barnabas or Apollos.
0:22.0	All we know is that whoever it was ran in the same circle as the Apostles.
0:26.1	But if we don't know who wrote it then why was it canonized as scripture?
0:30.0	The primary reason is that the early church fathers accepted it as scripture.

0:36.8	It seems to be written to Jewish Christians.
0:39.0	It references the Old Testament a lot and it is a treatise on the supremacy of Christ,

1:02.2	Jesus is seated at the right hand of the Father.
1:04.2	I'm ready for the altar call and we've only read four verses.
1:07.2	The earth and the heavens will wear out someday.
1:10.2	But Jesus will remain unchanged forever despite both of his homes being done away with and made new.
