Today we take up from where we left off, beginning with Diary Entry Number 1748.

Be adored, O God, in the work of your mercy, be blessed by all faithful hearts, on whom your gaze rests, in whom dwells your immortal life. Oh, my Jesus,

have mercy. Sorrowful was your life on this earth.

And in terrible torment your work came to an end,

hanging stretched out on the wood of the cross,

In your inconceivable love,
