So let's go ahead and pray. Our Father who art in heaven, hallow would be your name. Even though you are on the throne in heaven, your presence is all around us. And so we thank you for that today. We thank you for that comfort that it brings, the peace that it

brings into the room that we are sitting in. We thank you, Lord, that we have unspeakable joy and the

access to rest whenever we are extremely tired or feeling down and depressed. You are the only one who

can bring us up out of that, Lord. And so we just ask that you will do so today, that you will

refresh us. We pray, Lord, that you will shake the mountains and open up heaven wide so that we are able to experience an encounter with you. I pray that you'll speak to us through your word today. As we open up your word, this is the daily manna. This is the food and the drink that we need to sustain us, not only through this day, but throughout our

lives. And so I just pray that we will be faithful to continue to come here, to get to know you,

give us discernment and wisdom and knowledge to be able to understand what is truth, understand
