Today we are continuing in the book and the prophecy of Jeremiah. We are in chapters 4 through

6 reading from the ESV by Crossway Translation. But before we begin,

So let's go ahead and jump on into it. We're going to start out, as we always do, preparing our hearts in prayer. So Heavenly Father, oh, how we love you. You are such an awesome God. You are so good to us. And we recognize that today, every day that we wake up with breath in our lungs, with the new mercies that are at our disposal. And so we're just grateful for that. We thank you for that. We give you all of the praise, the honor, and the glory that you are so deserving of. Please forgive us for our sins. If there's anything that we are doing to get in the way of

what you're trying to do in our lives or through us, I just pray that you will please reveal

that to us now so that we can make it right. And I pray that we will do that, Lord. Whenever you

speak to us, may we not ignore it or put it to the side or think that it is insignificant. Every single word that you speak

is important and it is significant for our lives. And so let us heed those words today. Holy Spirit,
