0:13.1	If you're reading a print Bible, it may have been challenging to flip backwards so far
0:17.4	today from where we were in Isaiah.
0:19.7	We've been reading Isaiah's prophecies about Israel being taken captive by Babylon, but
0:24.0	that hasn't happened yet.
0:25.4	He was foretelling it, but we're still about 100 years off from when it actually happens,
0:29.3	which means we have a few final kings to meet.
0:32.4	Today we read the story of King Hezekiah's downfall.
0:35.5	And if this all feels familiar to you, it should, because we read it about a week ago
0:39.5	in Isaiah 38 on day 206.
0:42.7	As a refresher, Hezekiah starts out as a 10 on the following God's scale, but plummets
0:47.4	down to like a two in his final years.
0:50.6	During the early years of his reign, he was reestablishing worship and feast, tearing down
0:54.7	high places and generally not missing a step.
0:57.8	But then at one point, he gets sick, and God sends Isaiah to tell him it's time to die.
1:02.7	He's torn up about it.
1:04.1	He begs God to let him live, and God says, okay, you can have another 15 years.
1:08.8	Just put some smashed up figs on your boil so you can recover.
1:12.5	Before we move on in his story, let's investigate this a little bit, because it seems like
1:16.4	God said something would happen and it didn't happen.
1:19.7	So there are a couple of things that could be going on here.
1:22.4	Today, God changes his mind, or B, God's plan all along was to let Hezekiah live in
