the Bible in one year. This is a chronological reading plan, so we might be doing a little bit of

skipping throughout the Bible, but it gives us a really good foundation and understanding of how

the events of the Bible took place and when. Today we are in the book of Isaiah chapter 49 through

53, reading from the ESV by Crossway Translation. I was hoping I could get there, but not this one, but we are definitely aiming to do more of those in 2025.

So this was kind of just getting our feet wet as we begin to plan out what is going to happen in the next year. But we still got some time to think about that for now. Let's go ahead and pray. Our Father who are in heaven, hallow it be your name. You are our holy God, our great God. You are our father, our friend, our comforter, our hope, our deliverer, our healer,

Lord, your kingdom come and your will be done here on earth as it is in heaven.

We know that your will for our lives, your purpose for us, is the best thing that we could ever ask for.

And so I just pray that we will walk in step with that

as you prepare our hearts through the reading of your word. Please give us today our daily bread,

our mana, the nourishment that we need from this very reading. We pray Holy Spirit that you will

speak to our hearts, minister to us in such a beautiful way. Let our eyes and ears and hearts be
