Hello, friends.

Welcome back to Bible study or I probably should welcome myself back.

You had me as I was getting on a plane and I literally just stepped off a plane about two hours ago off of a red eye flight. So there are some red eyes right here. So bear with me. Thank you for your grace. Thank you to Holly for doing such an incredible job this entire week, holding it down and offering some extras, you know, showing us how to do Bible study in different ways. And so I'm just so grateful for her. I hope that you guys are too. I know you guys are, because I see it in the comments. But we are getting back in the swing of things this week. I actually cut my vacation short and came home a little bit early so that I could kind of get back into the grind. Because when I was in Hawaii, it really wasn't much of a vacation. I was doing a lot of work. lot of work. I was filming family reunions. We were cleaning up our rental to be able to rent out, and we did get some time, good quality time with family, but it was just go, go, go. And the Lord did not let me wake up. You know, normally I wake up at 2, 3 a.m. I had to finally surrender to it and just accept that the Lord

wanted me to rest. You know, he always carved out week-long festivals, times for rest and restoration.

And so I believe that that is what he was doing with me. He's like, you got to stop. So I stopped

and I allowed myself to kind of just breathe, but we're back and we're going to go full force. We are more than halfway through this year, you guys.

And so I'm really excited to see this momentum continue as we finish out this year strong, the second half.

And I hope you guys are ready for it. So today we are in Second Kings chapters 9 through 11.
