0:13.1	We are 150 days in and today we read the longest chapter in the Bible.
0:18.4	You probably either knew it was the longest chapter or at least hoped it was.
0:21.9	It's even longer than some entire books of the Bible.
0:25.4	And it's the center chapter of the Bible.
0:28.2	This song is written as a Hebrew Acroostic poem where each of the 22 sections starts with
0:32.8	the subsequent letter of the Hebrew alphabet and each of the 8 verses within each section
0:37.6	starts with that letter as well.
0:40.2	For us, that would be like 8 verses that start with the letter A, then 8 verses that
0:44.4	start with the letter B, and so forth.
0:46.4	And as a former songwriter, this intimidates me.
0:49.5	This song was a labor of love.
0:52.3	No one knows who wrote it, but a lot of people think it was Ezra, The Priest, and Scribe.
0:56.4	All we know is that this particular Psalmist loved the Word of God.
1:00.7	This kind of detailed demanding songwriting isn't done in a half-hearted manner.
1:05.5	Not only does he love the Word of God, but he wants to love it even more.
1:09.3	He's not a perfect man.
1:10.6	He even ends the Psalm by saying he's a lost sheep who has gone astray and asked God to
1:15.2	come find him.
1:16.6	But in all this, he shows a deep understanding of God and his character.
1:21.2	In fact, the Psalm points out at least seven primary prayers where the attributes of God
1:25.6	and his character.
