In this episode, we conclude part two of St Francis's teaching on the two tools of the

devout life prayer or meditation as we've talked about and the sacraments which we've also talked about.

Following the reading for today, we'll finish part two by receiving instruction on how best

to communicate as St Francis puts it or how best to receive holy communion.

we'll wrap up part two by reviewing what it is that St Francis has given us

over the course of the last 21 chapters, these two tools of the devout life,
