Otherwise, we are in the book of Psalms today, David, one of the greatest psalmist in the Bible, and all of the Psalms that we're reading, or at least most of them, are surrounding the stories that we have just been reading in 1st Samuel. So we'll be kind of skipping all over the place today, but before we begin, we are reading from the ESV by Crossway Translation, and we're going to go ahead and pray and prepare our hearts. |
1:31.8 | Heavenly Father, we love you. We just give you all the praise and the glory and the honor. |
1:36.3 | We're excited to be able to read the Psalms today, Lord, because reading these really helps |
1:41.4 | us to be able to develop a wonderful prayer life. |
1:44.3 | If we don't know where to begin or how to pray, this is the perfect place to start. |
