happened today? The team that it felt like in the moment because these things happened so quickly

now was lingering and that was the Houston Rockets and presumably part of the reason they were lingering

is that they had to actually talk with Fred Van Vleet and Van Vleet ended up securing to this moment

the only full maximum contract albeit only over three years and Van Vleet is a significant contract

for both principal teams involved. It is huge for the Rockets and I think that is where we should

focus but it's also huge for the Raptors and we'll talk about that shortly. Yeah, I mean that is a
