I love this series we've been in so much I don't want it to end and I know

probably some of you do and I don't know if you do or don't if you're rooting for

one way or the other but we are going to come to at least a pause this

morning because it's really something we've been talking about since the

earliest days of Passion City Church this little part of this beautiful

global church that God's building and it's something we're going to continue to

talk about as well because we're always trying to create culture that kingdom

culture that heart of Jesus culture among his people but I love these last few

weeks and I love coming to the end of it today talking about the

distinctive of the church we're a part of you know you didn't just come from

that other church to Passion City Church or from no church to Passion City

Church or from I haven't been in church in a really long time to Passion City

Church but you're stepping into something that Jesus has been doing for a

really long time and I just want to emphasize again today this is his church

isn't that awesome this isn't my church or our church this is Jesus church

today and we're a part of what's been happening from the very beginning we

mentioned last week that when the church was born it was explosive don't you

love that on day one of the church of Jesus once he was raised from the

dead ascended back to heaven had sent the Holy Spirit on day one first sermon

first proclamation of the gospel three thousand people were baptized on the

first day didn't just make a decision were actually baptized on day one so the

church went from this little band of 120 followers imagine how cool that
