0:00.0	Day 44 of Heart Dive 365. I'm your Bible study friend Kanoi. Welcome to the Heart Dive podcast.
0:12.2	Well, today we are beginning a new book, the book of Leviticus, and God is going to start to
0:17.1	lay down the law. Now, we've got to remember the Israelites are still at the base of Mount Sinai.
0:22.1	So it picks up right where we left off in Exodus, and they will remain here for another year
0:27.1	throughout this entire book. So we've got the tabernacle that's been built, and now the sacrificial
0:32.3	system can actually be put into place. Now we've got to remember, keep this in mind, this is a
0:37.3	sinful and rebellious people.
0:39.3	So, by implementing this system of sacrifice, it's actually an act of mercy and grace by God
0:45.3	to even allow them to reconcile their relationship with him.
0:49.3	So if you find it difficult to read through this book, just keep your eyes on Jesus.
0:53.3	That's what I always say, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and you'll be okay. We're going to get through this book, just keep your eyes on Jesus. That's what I always say. Keep your eyes
0:54.5	fixed on Jesus and you'll be okay. We're going to get through it together. Because remember,
0:58.9	the whole point is to look to Jesus as our ultimate sacrifice. And of course, as always, we'll be
