0:00.0	It's day seven of Heartdive 365. I'm your Bible study friend Kenoy. Welcome to the Heart Dive
0:04.6	podcast. Well, we are completing one week today. Can you believe it? If you are new here,
0:17.8	we welcome you. But if you have been coming here for seven days straight,
0:21.3	welcome back. This is a big milestone. And I encourage you to stay the course. Even if you get
0:27.4	discouraged, even if you start to, quote, fall behind, remember I said for the people in the back,
0:31.9	there is no such thing as falling behind as long as you're showing up. And that doesn't even
0:37.2	necessarily mean you're showing up to Bible study. It means you're showing up. And that doesn't even necessarily mean you're showing
0:38.4	up to Bible study. It means you're showing up in God's word. That's the most important part.
0:44.1	Even if you are only digesting two minutes of these videos at a time or reading two lines at a time,
0:50.3	it's going to the point of hearing God speak to your heart and to your mind so that you can
0:56.2	meditate on the word or you can pray about the word. You don't have to get through this whole
1:01.3	year reading the entire Bible. It's a great goal. But I just don't want people to quit. So no matter
1:07.7	what happens, when you get discouraged or if you fall behind, and I will tell you,
1:12.3	it is very easy to do, a lot of people will fall off, but come back, just come back, come back
1:18.3	to the word.
1:19.2	So now that we've been through one week, I do want to ask you this question, and I would love
1:22.9	it if you could answer in the comments below.
1:25.0	What is the one thing that God has spoken to your heart this
1:29.3	week? I always say that whenever we read God's word, you will notice that he will start to
1:35.2	highlight things in your heart that he is speaking. You'll hear certain things over and over.
1:40.5	It'll be a theme. It'll be a word. And when that happens, I encourage you to write it down.
1:46.9	Write it down, write it on your heart, pray about it, journal on it. There's a reason why he is
