from the Heather Graham episode? She was being bullied at work. It was a really tough call to

listen to and she had a rough time. I mean, I guess she's being bullied in front of her bosses.

to give you an update on my situation. First, let me say that all the advice I was given definitely

helped me more ways than you would think. So at first, I continued working with my head down,

just trying to get through the day. I started to cry thinking about going to work because

I was too afraid to stand up for myself. Then one day, the main woman bullying me yelled at me

on an email chain that she purposely removed a manager from. I'd hit my breaking point. I'd

printed the email and brought it to not only my manager, but also the department head. They

were on my side and were apologetic and they didn't realize they weren't joking. I was finally

helped. Now I am able to do my job and even be considered for a promotion. If it wasn't for all the

advice I was given because of your podcast and now my future husband, yes, he proposed. Congratulations.
