Hello, I'm David Poyser, a journalist and welcome to the ninth episode of PezPod, the insider's guide to the Pez Network for Pezzes in Europe.

As we all know with good data, a PEZ can be really useful to job seekers, our customers.

We can say to them, for example, you're male and you're, for example, 26, you've

been seeking a job for X years and you have X qualifications, but only one in 10 people like

you in your sector, in the sector you're looking for, will actually get a job. But if you

looked at a different sector, you have a 90% chance of success. So that's the sort of thing

we want to be able to say, but data is key when it comes to the ability of PEZ to help our

customers. In Spain, their national PEZ, SEPA, has had fantastic success with their new data system, which is called Sendat. That's S-E-N-D with the at-symbol at the end.

Sendat was set up during the pandemic and it's already helped thousands of job seekers.

Perhaps that chef from Miyoko on your last holiday who was unemployed a result of COVID, perhaps he or she's now training in IT. Who knows?

So how did Sepay make Sendat a success?
