full self-driving systems.

autopilot than had previously been reported,

and these are just since 2019.

He's the CEO of Greenhill Software,

where he's pioneered the use of software

and safety critical applications. Over the years, his projects have included the Boeing 787, nuclear bombers, and NASA space vehicles.

His most recent endeavor, though, takes a hard look at Tesla, which is why it's timely to have him on the podcast.

Dan is the founder of the Dawn Project, an organization that identifies how poorly written software has left power grids, hospitals, gas pipelines, water plants, all vulnerable.

The Dawn Project's primary project right now is addressing and testing Tesla's driver assistant software.

Dan has emerged as one of Tesla's chief critics and he's concerned that

Elon Musk has turned everyone in the traffic environment into guinea pigs with deadly consequences.
