So many people are receiving diagnosis of, diagnosis of, you know, air quotes here.

Depression or various other so-called mental health problems.

And it's, I mean, we've had this discussion in the last episode with Matthew about the,

you know, a mental illness not being a thing as such, but that doesn't deny the symptoms.

It's the how people feel.

And so much of it, as you've said, is about suppression and repression.

I mean, I'm not to ask too many personal questions, but do you remember how young you were

when the abuse happened?

Yeah, yeah, I do.

I have pretty clear memories of most of the abuse.

Not all of it.

I know there was a lot more that happened,

but I think I've only really remembered the things that have had the

biggest impact on me and the biggest impact in changing me from my natural state so there

because that's been the motivation really for me to heal is to come back into my,

you know, natural intelligence and my natural individuality or in my natural self.

So consequently they're the memories that I've remembered.

And yeah, and then also because though the whatever has affected me or

it affected me as a child or in those abusive events it sets up behaviors in yourself that

then they don't just disappear as you get older.
