The thing is it being aware of the Victim Triangle is such a big step into being able to recognize where you are with it.

I think many people aren't aware of that.

Yes, being alone, I identify, you know, I'm on my own.

So when I was, again, earlier this year, when I was going through, you know, another

sort of phase, it was, it was interesting,

as you've said, you know, I was able to pull myself through for what I needed to do because I had

some podcast episodes organized. So I somehow found that within myself, You know, the divine supported me.

So I wasn't letting people, it wasn't letting people down,

but sort of not showing up.

And then afterwards, you know, feeling that real drop.

And just the exhaustion and as you say, sort of surrender to it and say,

okay,

there's something here for me.

Right.

Yeah, it was quite scary.

Now, I mean, I think I'm through it or at least coming through it.

I'm certainly way better than I was,

you know, it's an early part of the year.

But you're saying,

so again, interesting that yours has like been going for four years now,
