Understanding who, what we are, why we're here.

I mean, these are, you know, the big questions and the important ones because of the way the world seems to be. As you say, more and more people are finding out

just how upside down backwards and, I mean, basically inverted a lot of what we're told is,

you know, that that isn't how things are. So it's getting us to a point of saying, well, why are we here?

What is this all about?

And as you say, many people seem to go into the kind of meditations and want to meditate

and sort of escape from this, the physical, whereas it is understanding that this isn't all we are and it's not

to escape from that. It is integrating that. So did you at any point get the kind of the insight

of, or when did you get the point of the insight of the purpose of this experience?

Or is that just an ongoing discovery of, as you say, our purpose here in this 3D physical realm?

I think it was a gradual process.

It was a gradual process and a lot of it is that there's like a bunch of concurrent themes.

The more I understood about holistic health going through the Chinese medicine school

training and then after I graduated I also got a second degree. So then after I graduated, I also got a second

degree. So I have two graduate degrees in Chinese medicine. And so I just kept deepening into the

study of Chinese medicine, which has such a beautiful cosmology to it, this idea that a human being is the bridge between heaven and earth,

that we came here to bring heaven onto earth, and that also we bring the earthly experience back to heavenly realms.

Like, we're a bridge, right? And so that may sound just poetic.

And at the same time that that actually has everything to do with our health and our physiology.
