Empathy it's likely a word that conjures up some unnecessary softness or even weakness for a lot of men but there's nothing weak about being empathetic and it certainly does not mean you need to allow others to wallow in their own self-pity or walk all over you. In fact, when utilized correctly, empathy can be a powerful tool

for realizing your full potential and influencing others positively along their own path.
