And as a result, now we have a 30 year fixed rate mortgages, you know, going now up to 7% and when we get the next rate hike, probably another 75 basis points.

And it's going to be 8% and if it keeps going this way, you'll have double digit interest rates.

And then the economy, oh, it'll slow down and many Americans then will find themselves out of work and not the Americans that don't want to work.
