David, before we get to some Baylor Bear talk, how did this transition happen for you in joining the guys with Sickham 365?

Well, it's interesting because I don't know if this would happen.

Last week on Wednesday, after a few days of discussions,

and really over the last three to five months,

the ownership had really wanted to cut back staff.

And I thought the radio station was as healthy as it could possibly be

from what we've done for nearly 10 years.

But we had four people that were, whatever the word you want to use,

terminated on Wednesday.

One of them was my son.
