may not be a household name, but have experienced or actually survived some kind of trauma.

I'm also the author of Franklin Covey's multi-volume series titled Master Mentors,

30 transformative insights from your greatest minds, where volume 1 and volume 2 are now out,

both in print, digital, audio, and video books, where each year I am honored to be able to

write a book about 30 of my favorite guests on the podcast, favorite meaning they had a

transformational insight they shared. But I thought millions of readers and watchers and listeners

could benefit from, sometimes it shared on air, sometimes off air, and with the permission,

and agreement of 30 guests, I write a new volume, volume 2 out now, Master Mentors onto volume 3,

launching in the fall of 2023. In many ways, I've also patterned my own interview style,

this podcast in my writing after today's guest. We had him on about a year ago where he wrote a

seminal leadership book called How to Lead, where he from his own interview programs took transcripts

and his own insights and put them into a book called How to Lead. People like Ruth Bader Ginsburg

and Oprah Winfrey and Jeff Bezos and Richard Branson. And today we are fortunate to have him back on

as David Rubenstein. He's the author of the new release How to Invest, tagline Masters on the

Crafts. He, of course, is the co-founder of the very famous Carlisle Group. He is a New York Times

best-selling author and Philanthropist here in the US. David, welcome back to on leadership.
