After a nearly 18-month-long investigation, with televised hearings and more than a thousand

interviews, the January 6th Committee is set to release its final report.

At more than 800 pages, the report argues that Donald Trump is responsible for the capital

attack.

And for the first time in history, Congress is referring a former president to the Department

of Justice for Criminal Prosecution.
