Welcome to the program today. Mind, I'm Mando Gonzalez in here with a prophecy update and I have a special guest, Dr. David Reagan, who we've been doing some programs on a couple of his recent books.

But today I want to kind of get into his mind about what he sees as it relates to some of the current trends and the current things that are happening in our culture that show that are we in the end

times? Are we just making this up? Or what does scripture have to say? Welcome, Dr. Reagan.

Well, thanks. It's good to be here. You know, I appreciate your perspective because, again,

you had mentioned earlier that you're born in 1938. You've seen a lot of things. You've seen

our culture and our country from, you know, again,

when you said you were in high school in the 1950s earlier off camera. And so you've seen a lot of

things over the years. And as we're watching the culture change, the world, not only American

culture, but the worldwide culture.

What are some of your preliminary thoughts? I want to read some scripture here, but what are some of your preliminary thoughts of what you've seen? About how radically our nation has changed. I grew up in an America that was a Christian America. It really was.

And more than 90% of the people claimed to be Christian. People went to church.

Christian morals were important. In fact, Christianity reached its apex here in this nation

in the mid-1950s. Most people do not realize it was not until the mid-1950s that the Congress

of the United States put into the Pledge

of Allegiance, One Nation, under God. That was in the mid-50s. They also adopted in God

we trust as the national motto of the United States in the mid-1950s. Doing that today

would be unthinkable. Absolutely unthinkable. And yet that was where we were.

It was the 1960s that it had all turned around and it's been downhill ever since then. So that

we've reached the point where the evening news reads like 2nd Timothy chapter 3.
