Summary

In Champions Know the Result of Sin, Dr. Michael Youssef exposes the deadly consequences of unrepented sin—even for God’s anointed. David, though forgiven, faced a lifetime of sorrow because of his disobedience. From the death of his child to the rebellion of his sons, the scars of sin remained. Yet unlike our blame-shifting culture, David accepted full responsibility: “I have sinned against the Lord” (2 Samuel 12:13). Dr. Youssef boldly reminds us that forgiveness does not erase consequences. The holiness of God demands that sin be judged. But in Christ, grace is offered to all who truly repent. Champions know that God’s justice and mercy walk hand in hand—and they live accordingly.
