What the heck is going on in the streets, Noam?

Well, we can tell you that the sanitation department for sure is out there. They're on 12-hour shifts right now, trying to deal and push away the snow. And I know you, John, said on your way in that the streets didn't look terrible, that they looked, they had been plowed. And, of course, the mayor got terrible grades for that storm back in January, trying to make up with it on this storm.

But so far, if you go out to New Jersey, the roadways are really snow-covered.

That's true on Long Island, even though Joe Nolan said you could see tire marks.

You're not really seeing any sort of blacktop on those roads just yet.
