David O'Yello.

The 40-year-old Brit of Nigerian descent has been making movies for more than a decade.

He played parts of varying size in high-profile films like The Last King of Scotland,

the Help, Lincoln, and the Butler, but it wasn't

until Ava Duverne's 2014 film Selma, in which he portrays Dr. Martin Luther King

Jr., and for which he received a Best Actor in a Drama Golden Globe nomination

that most people really sat up and took notice.

O'Yellowo since has been in the HBO movie Nightingale

for which he received an Emmy nomination for Best Actor in a Limited Series or TV movie, and two films that premiered at

September's Toronto International Film Festival, Amma Asante's a United Kingdom in which he plays
