My guess this week is David Letterman.

David is of course the longtime late-night talk show host, perhaps the most well-known of them all.

The late show, late night, the tonight show.

He also had his own morning show for a long time and before he was on National TV, Dave

was a weatherman and local radio DJ in his hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana.

I have to say that for years when I have gotten interviewed, people have asked me the question,

who would you most like to interview in the world?

And along with a few of my public radio colleagues, I were glass and Terry Grossen, maybe the

old play by play guy for the San Francisco Giants Hank Greenwald, David Letterman is the

broadcaster who led me into a career in broadcasting.

He's the funniest broadcaster ever.

He revolutionized late night television and comedy on network television.

He is, in my opinion, an actual genius.

In this interview, we talk about Dave's early days breaking into show business, his time

in Indiana and Los Angeles and his ascent to the late show.

We also discuss how his personal life intersected with his professional life.

Letterman had multiple affairs with subordinates on shows he hosted.

He'll tell me how those relationships affected him, the people around him, and the workplaces.

And of course, we'll talk about Letterman's latest project.
