it to go. One of the best things an executive can do is to have self-restraint. I always think

there should be a Hippocratic oath for executives. The doctors oath first do no harm

because one of the greatest services you can provide as an executive is to get out of the way

of true talent. That is harder to do than it seems because everybody thinks they

have a contribution to make it often you do, but to know when to get out of the way,

even when it's against your own instincts can be an incredibly valuable gift to talent.
