First off, where we stayed last night, Keeb was hit by it looks like drone strikes, 14 die.

Well, where are we at in this conflict?

So where we're at is that we have an American president who's trying to make peace.

We have a Ukraine that says it's ready for negotiations, ready to sit down.

You have Europe that's strongly supporting the president's effort coming to the White House to say so.

And you have a Russia that is not only refusing to meet for direct talks with Ukraine,

but is hitting Ukraine harder than ever.

Last night's strike on Kyiv was among the most direct near the city center.

You had, by my count, 15 people, it may be 14, but they were hitting an apartment building

at the reports that they may have hit buildings belonging to the European Union and the British

Council.

Those ought to be off limits.

In other words, you have Putin pushing harder than ever and, in effect, you know, giving one finger salute to the President of the United

States. And I think it's time to do something about it. And one of the suggestions you have is

there's long-range missiles and make Russia start paying the price.
