The unlikely hero who's up against impossible odds, yet somehow manages to pull through.

No wonder Hollywood loves this theme. The awkward guy gets the girl, the scrappy team wins,

the small company beats the giant. That's how we picture David and

Goliath, just another inspiring story about overcoming obstacles. But today, Pastor J.D. suggests

we might actually be missing the main point. Remember, we're in a teaching series called the
