We've got the latest headlines from Wall Street.

But we begin with a big deal in the restaurant industry.

Penera Bread has been bought by JAB Holding for $7.5 billion.

And if you're not familiar with JAB Holding,

you probably know some of the companies they have already purchased, including Kira Green Mountain,

Krispy Kreme Donuts, Pete, and Kira Buu Coffee.

It is the biggest restaurant deal in US history, and it caps an incredible run for Penera Bread,

Simon, and of course, for the company's founder, Ron Shake.

Yeah, and you have to like this acquisition, Kris, because it's so different than most of them that we've seen in food and in restaurants,

which is where we have companies going and try to aggressively cut costs to boost profitability.
