David Eubank is a former U.S. Army Special Forces and Ranger Officer.

He's the founder and the leader of Free Burma Rangers,

a humanitarian service movement for oppressed ethnic minorities of all races and religions

in Burma, Iraq, Kurdistan, Syria, and Sudan war zones.

Along with relief, his personal mission is to share the love of Jesus

Christ and to help people be free from oppression. Dave, so great to be with you today.

Thank you. It's an honor. Hey, man, I know you are about to start another mission, and you've

given us some time to talk with you today.

Before we get into your background, which is just fascinating,

can you just give us a little snapshot of what life is like for you

in the work that you're doing? I mean, you're flying around the world.

And essentially, what are you doing these days?

Well, right now, I'm actually in Texas at Texas A&M because my two girls who are just with me in the war zones of Burma this summer are juniors in college at Texas A&M.

They're playing polo.

I got to watch them last night and rugby.

And they dance and they're studying the medical sciences.

So I'm actually with them at a friend's little ranch, and tomorrow we head to Iraq.

And that's different than America.

But the thing that's the same is we all need Jesus.

I need Jesus to show me the truth of myself and my sin, to get rid of my sin,

give me purpose to overcome the power of Satan and his demons, and take us to heaven,

which means whether I'm in America or Iraq or Burma or anywhere, I can afford to lose. I can
