I want to see a big thank you to everyone who showed up for tea time last Thursday.

It was such a great conversation.

We had lots of people there.

I was so thrilled to see so many people,

and we had some new people. So thank you to those of you who joined and signed up in the

meantime and showed up for tea time. It was lovely to have you there, and I really enjoyed also

chatting with my old friends, as usual. We had a really fun and kind of spirited debate about

who was more to blame, Steerforth or Emily.

We talked about Mrs. Steerforth and whether or not we have any sympathy for her.

And we talked for basically nearly an hour about the whole Steerforth, Emily, Mrs. Steerforth,

Mr. Pagody situation. And it was really, really fun. It was a great conversation.

So thank you so much for being there. I really, really appreciate it. And thank you for

supporting the show by being a member of the drawing room community and choosing the landed

gentry tier and joining me for tea time. Tea time happens once a month over in our online community
