pausing from time to time to give brief explanations, so it's easier to follow along.

So brew a pot of tea, find a cozy chapter, and I think I have kind of a lot to say about the last chapter.

Today we're going to be reading chapter 22. And I got some great comments. You guys are pretty

united, I think, in your thoughts at this point

in the story. So I'm really excited to read you some letters and talk for a bit and then to get

into the next chapter. So first, let's just remind ourselves what happened last time. Here is

Steerforth has a servant who makes David feel very inferior simply by being very respectable and
