and you're a new listener, thanks for giving it a shot.

If you've been with me for the last year and a half, I so appreciate and I've been digging

the conversation we've been having and I'm glad to be able to continue it here.

The premise of this show, for those of you who are listening for the first time,

is that people who accomplish remarkable things process the inflection points,

the high moments and low moments in their lives,

differently than the rest of us do. They somehow use these moments for fuel.

And I have long been interested in how and why they do this.

And for years, I would have these conversations. The only

difference is that in the in the era of podcasting I'm able to have these

conversations with a microphone. I only have one rule for this show and that is I only talk to people with whom I'm totally fascinated.

They've either accomplished things that blow my mind or they've lived their life in a way that I'm dying to understand.

I really think it's a privilege and an honor to get to do this thing

and I love getting feedback from people who are listening.
