I talked to other theater performers who would do six or seven shows a week and I'd say,

okay, how do you do that?

You go, don't go out and hang with your friends afterwards.

Don't party with your friends if you want to see them,

see them for lunch the next day or something like that.

So yeah, I took that advice.
