Good to be back with you, Scott. We discussed with you a piece that was written right at the

tail end of 2021 in the Washington Times. The Constitution's preamble explains America's mission statement.

People can find it. I will simply read the preamble, David, it's not long. We the people of the

United States in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, ensure domestic

tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare,

and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity to ordain and establish

this Constitution for the United States of America. One sentence, David, and you say it explains
