Are you feeling a chill in your bones that never really lets up?

Well, let your humble host take you on a journey far to the south.

We cross the equator and watch as the south cross rises on the night sky.

The air becomes balmyr, drier.

And the sun shines brighter for each latitude we traverse.

After a long journey we see a vast land stretch before us.

It appears red orange in color from above.

As we get closer we see magnificent cities, beautiful people, pristine beaches,

and seemingly endless desert landscapes.

Almost exactly at the center sits a large rock.

It's almost blood red against the cobalt sky.

The white people who came to this ancient land just a couple of centuries ago

tend to call it Ayers Rock.
