So I'm a long-suffering Wizards fan and I, a couple days ago I equated the Nick's plight over the last few

years close to Wizards-esque level I know they've made the playoffs a few times but they've generally been a disappointment for I'd say the last 20-ish 25 years

But they've got it going now with the two-nothing lead on the Pacers in the second round of the playoffs and I have to I'm reluctant to agree with our producer drab t shirt it is better when the nicks are actually good I think for the NBA as a whole it just brings another different energy to the Eastern conference

and the NBA playoffs when the Knicks are good.

Yeah look I think look there's there's two things that that have to work for the NBA.

The big markets have to be good,

but then you have to have enough of your mid-markets

and smaller markets to be good as well.

So I think this is like the perfect balance almost for the NBA.

Having New York and having Boston still in,

but then also having Minnesota and Oklahoma City and Denver having very good things in Indiana as well.

So I think it's a good balance, but you're right.

There's just something about New York and I wrote about it last year.
