Today I'm going to be bringing you another solo episode.

And the topic of our episode today is why it has become so difficult for young Christian men to find suitable

wives in the contemporary world this episode mind you isn't about how hard it

is for a Christian man to find a suitable wife in general because in secular

society surrounded as we are by pagan people who live immoral lives it's to be

expected that it's

difficult to find a wife of noble character who's going to be a diamond in the rough.

This show is cutting edge in that we're discussing how hard it is to find a good Christian wife,

even within the selected pool of otherwise pious Christian women at Newman List Universities, Orthodox parishes, and bastions of conservatism in the world.

Even pious women, through cultural osmosis, have taken on in many insidious ways the mindset and assumptions of the previous generation of radical feminists.

In this episode, I'm going to be really identifying the subtle ways that feminism has

distorted the winsome and gentle feminine nature, especially vis-a-vis young women with regard

to finding their vocations as wives and mothers, and how feminism has made it extremely

difficult for good masculine men to find

suitable mates. So feminism, first of all, has basically altered the dynamic between men and women

in the modern world. And one of the main ways we see this is by there is a commitment even among Bible believing Orthodox Christians

to women's careerism. There is an assumption that even after a woman marries and settles down

with a husband that she is going to keep her job and work no matter what. Even when there are

children in the house,

you know, 72% of women nowadays with children under the age of six are working outside

of the home.
