Hey guys, welcome to another episode of View from the Cheapseeds, the show where Randy and I break down the world of sports for the week with someone we love, someone who is usually an expert or an athlete who played themselves or a comedian.

And this next guy, the guy who we're having on the show today is one of our favorite people in the world. He's one of our favorite podcasters in the world. Also is a story that happened a little while ago, but is ever developing.

So I think at this point, if you follow sports and you're unaware that there was a volleyball

match at BYU, involving the Duke women's volleyball team and the BYU women's volleyball team.

And apparently someone on the Duke squad said that an African American woman said that she overheard a racial slur shouted at her while she was serving and then repeated again at the end of the match.

So she said she felt unsafe and obviously if she did then I think her dad was there.

Her grandmother also corroborated and said yes, yes, yes.

So BYU singled out a fan who I guess they helped identify and banned this fan from all from all

sporting events.

And that's what I thought that story was kind of over.

We thought that, okay, so that's the story and BYU dealt with it.

And then, you know, BYU took some heat across the board.

Sure did.

So recently, BYU was playing Oregon and football.
