James Winston reportedly going to be suspended,

not the type of news we can just gloss over

if we're going to be a daily podcast.

So let's run through it according to

ESPN and NFL media the NFL is planning to suspend James Winston for the first

three games of the season for violating the league's personal contact policy.

The Buccaneers quarterback has been under investigation by the NFL for the past seven months

over an incident that allegedly occurred with an Uber driver more than two years ago. an O'Connor, the Uber driver alleged that Winston grabbed her crotch and held his hand there.

Winston has denied the accusations.

I believe the driver is confused as to the number of passengers in the car and who was

sitting next to her.

Winston said back in November, the accusation is false.

And given the nature of the allegation, increased awareness and consideration of these types of

matters, I am addressing this false report immediately.
