0:04.8	newsletter is going to be dating a coworker, good or bad idea.
0:09.7	Well, I've got an email from a guy.
0:12.1	He's started hanging out with a woman that he met through his work.
0:16.7	So she's kind of a coworker, but they don't work for the same company.
0:21.0	He was actually doing some freelance work for the company that she works for.
0:25.7	And so what's interesting is obviously if you're working with somebody, especially if you're a man in today's world, you have to be very tactful about how you handle things, especially when you notice that somebody you work with
0:40.2	is attracted to you.
0:42.2	And in this case, you can tell he's kind of projecting his high interest and putting this
0:47.0	woman on a pedestal, but there does seem to be some reciprocation on her part that she's
0:53.4	interested. And so obviously he's got to approach
0:56.6	this very tactfully because as he states in his letter, he or his email, he wants to make sure
1:02.4	that he doesn't screw up the business relationship that he has with the company she works for
1:07.1	because he's hoping to get a bunch of work, future work potentially down the road.
1:13.6	So what happens if you're a guy in the modern world and you have a cute female coworker
1:19.8	and you can tell that she likes you? How do you approach those things? So I figured this a good
1:25.5	email because I've had plenty of experience with this in my life
1:29.7	with back in the day when I worked with other people and obviously working for myself and having
1:36.5	a business and having a lot, especially like when I was in real estate, I had a lot of women
1:41.5	that worked for me. And so I had the experience
1:44.2	multiple times over the years where they come and knock on the door, hey, can I talk to you
1:51.3	for a second? And then they come in, shut the door, want to sit down and basically tell me that
