I think they would definitely try to keep Alex off the stand. Now, he has the right to get into

stand if he wants, but I think his lawyers would try to twist his arm to stay off the stand if there

was another trial. And so what it really come down to is him trying to punch a bunch of holes

in the government's case.

It'd be very difficult for him to refute that video other than to try to create a timeline

that would basically work for him not being there at the time. And I guess the timeline

would be something like I was there sure you know that he was there shortly

before is what the lawyers would argue but he left and all the other digital data around it,

the cell phone data and all that supports that. They don't have any blood evidence. They don't

have any DNA. They don't have any weapons. They don't have anything like that.

We take criticism, but we also don't shut down opinions. Right. We want to hear from everybody.
