I'm your host, Damien Abraham, and today on the show, a legend, a Buffalo

international legend from the band Snapcase.

Darrell Tversky is here on the show.

Now, if you are unfamiliar with the band Snapcase,

for my money, they're one of the architects of kind of the modern hardcore sound.

Growing up for me in Toronto,

they were, because of the proximity to buffalo

kind of like the big hardcore band for me and as such darrell was a big influence on me as a

vocalist and I think we have very different styles of vocal but my gosh I've I've cribbed some stuff

from him and snapcase over the years in what I do.

And so it is a huge thrill to kind of get to do this with him.

So I've never really, barring a brief moment when I met him back in like 97 at a show here in Toronto.

And he gave me some stickers out of his bag that he was carrying around.

Never really had a chance to talk to him.

And what a really amazing, humble, great person, as you'll hear in a second.

If you don't know, I'm sure many of you already know this.

And this is not news to you, but there will be some cool stuff we talk about this.
