Well, we talked about the NBA season ending earlier this week. And then, I guess there was so

much expectation that we might have news by Friday, but I don't know if we knew we'd have this much

news. There's a lot going on. First of which is Tai Lu getting the Clippers job.

On their bench, I think this was a big surprise because you and I talked about this in the

weeks leading up. And I recall saying, if it's Tai Lu, why didn't you just give him the job? Why are

you having this lag time between Doc Rivers going and getting the Philadelphia job? If he's the guy,

he's already there. You know who that is. You know that's who you want to be the next coach.

Why are you just not hiring him? And so I think, I don't know, I thought it would be somebody else.

You got to do your due diligence, Chris. I guess.

You get a call coach, Kay. You get to call everybody who's out there and see who might be

available. And they didn't have you, Jeff Angundi as well. They talked to Sam Kassel as well.

I mean, they had options out there. And ultimately, I think it's important, no matter what it is

that you're doing, you know, when it comes to a big decision in your life is, you know,

think through some options. And ultimately for them landing on Tai Lu after the process,

they're after going through the process. It's on a major surprise at this point with the rumblings
