to Darvin Ham. One of my favorite things of a new coach coming in is kind of learning what they're about,

learning what their plan A is, learning how they adjust, how they adapt on the fly.

There's that old saying in sports that one of the longest distances to cover is that distance

between the assistant coach's chair and the head coach's chair, even though it's just one seat over. And so we've learned a bit about Darvinham. And one of the things that has

stood out to me, there have been several, but he is much more inclined to solve his problems

by going smaller. That's something that I look for in a coach is how do you solve your problems?

You're going to have problems pop up both big and small throughout the course of the season.

Right now we're in the middle of a big problem with having Anthony Davis out.
